At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives back at our facility without damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
